Surfing has been called a religion, a philosophy, a way of life and an addiction. One thing is certain: surfing requires a lot more knowledge than most sports. Knowledge of the break, conditions, technique, gear, and most of all that innate understanding of the ocean that only comes with years of practice.This compilation of how-to’s, tips and suggestions is by no means comprehensive, but it’s a start.
